LIHOVAR 1 - 52 complete interiors for rental housing

The unique residential district on the site of a former distillery in Prague's Smíchov district offered an opportunity to combine distinctive industrial architecture with high-quality interior design.

For 52 rental apartments we supplied complete turnkey furnishings in a uniform design. The kitchens in the SIMPLE|OPTIMA combination were realized in the shade of titanium star mat, which naturally follows the architectural concept of the entire project. OPTIMA wardrobes in the same design underline the overall visual purity of the interiors. The result is a compact and functional unit, ready for immediate use.
