Complete reconstruction of a family house
The main idea of the renovation was to create a cosy airy and functional home. This idea was supported by the choice of materials and the simplicity of the interior design.
The materials chosen for the ELITE kitchen were high gloss lacquer in the shade of white antique in combination with rustic old oak veneer. The selected materials are complemented by the Dekton Nilium worktop. Miele, Liebherr and Novy appliances are installed in the kitchen. Interior Concept is wonderfully complemented by MILLENIUM interior doors in white antique gloss lacquer in a height of 2100 mm. The living area is divided into relaxation and TV area. In the area designed for relaxation and reading, a library with an installed Visio fireplace is the dominant feature. The furniture is made of the same materials as the kitchen. The television part of the living room is designed in darker tones of lacquer, mocca lacquer matt combined with American brown oak veneer. American brown oak connects all parts of the house, it is also used on the coffee tables, the hanging cabinets behind the sofa and the dining table. A very practical part is the utility room, which is located behind the kitchen. Here is located the occasionally used microwave and a second refrigerator. In addition, the homeowners have a washing machine located here and can make use of the large storage space behind the folding doors.
On the first floor, the interior doors and furniture are in champagne matt lacquer in combination with American brown oak veneer. The spacious bedroom is decorated with a bed with a large upholstered headboard, suspended on lacquer tiles. A door in the wainscoting is the entrance to the spacious dressing room. The homeowners wanted every visitor to feel comfortable in their home, so a guest room was also designed. In the guest room, the material used is lamino champagne mat in combination with walnut corte. The bed area is pleasantly separated by a grid. The textiles and decorations have also been designed for an overall cosy feel.
