Within the framework of this project, interested parties could choose from 231 new flats with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk, situated in six apartment buildings. The apartment buildings also include an enclosed courtyard of 0.65 hectares, full of greenery, flowers and relaxation areas. Residents enjoy a gazebo with barbecue, benches and community gardens where they could spend leisure time with family and neighbors. Modern technology was used in the construction to keep operating costs to a minimum. The apartment buildings were classified as energy class A0. High quality building materials, SMART technology and underfloor heating with modern heat pumps were standard, ensuring comfortable living with minimal energy costs.
